🍦 City Scoop — the next free community ice cream social takes place July 15 at Sylvan Middle School, offering a chance to meet neighbors and learn about projects happening around the city.

🤝 Mayor's July Message — this month's message focuses on the importance of partnerships between residents, community organizations, businesses, and the City in strengthening Citrus Heights.
🚓 20 Years of CHPD — the Citrus Heights Police Department celebrates two decades of service, recognizing the officers, professional staff, volunteers, and community partners who have helped serve the city.
🏡 Home Repair Assistance — eligible homeowners may qualify for deferred loan assistance for important home repairs through the City's Housing Rehabilitation Program.
🏘️ National Night Out — neighborhood groups are invited to register events for the August 4 community celebration.
🎓 Youth Advisory Commission — applications have been extended, giving more local students an opportunity to participate in the City's new youth leadership program.
🚜 Lawn Equipment Exchange Program — information on trading eligible gas-powered landscaping equipment for battery-powered alternatives through participating local retailers.
🗳️ City Council Elections — nomination packets for the November municipal election will be available beginning July 13 for Districts 2, 4, and 5.
