Regional leaders, employers, and community partners gather in Citrus Heights to advance good-paying jobs, workforce development, and long-term economic opportunity.
The We Prosper Together Catalyst Summit brings regional leaders and community partners to the Citrus Heights Event Center for a day of reflection, learning, and collaboration focused on the future of the Capital Region’s economy.
Hosted by Valley Vision, the summit highlights the progress of a regional, data-driven initiative working across eight counties to expand good-paying jobs, strengthen workforce pathways, attract investment, and build a more resilient economy in which residents and communities can thrive.
The event is open to the public and may be especially valuable for workforce and job-training professionals, employers, business and nonprofit leaders, educators, elected officials, neighborhood advocates, and others interested in regional economic development. An optional onsite reception will follow, recognizing the Sac Metro Air District’s 30 years of regional impact.

Early-Bird Pricing: Business tickets are $60 and qualifying public, nonprofit, educational, government, tribal, or community tickets are $30 through July 31. Registrants interested in the post-summit Sac Metro Air District reception should indicate their plans in the registration questionnaire.

The Citrus Heights Event Center, formerly the Citrus Heights Community Center, is a versatile 29,173-square-foot facility located at 6300 Fountain Square Drive in Citrus Heights, California. This modern venue is designed to host a wide array of events, including private parties, banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and community gatherings.
Facility Features:
- Event Spaces: Multiple meeting rooms and a spacious main hall, accommodating up to 966 guests.
- Amenities: ADA accessibility, ample seating with chairs and tables, internet access, and well-maintained restrooms.
- Catering Kitchen: An on-site commercial catering kitchen is available for event use, providing convenience for food preparation and service.
Operating Hours:
Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It’s advisable to schedule an appointment prior to visiting, especially if you’re interested in viewing the facility or discussing event reservations.
