Howl O’Ween Parade & Harvest Festival
A festive day of music, costumes, classic cars, treats, and community fun at Rusch Park.
A possible 2027 return of the CHCMB Annual Howl O’Ween Parade & Harvest Festival would continue the fall tradition organized by the Citrus Heights Community Marching Band. Previous editions have begun with a community parade from Grand Oaks Elementary to Rusch Community Park, followed by an afternoon of music, costumes, family activities, and seasonal entertainment.
Past festivals have featured a Harvest Festival & Car Show, local vendors, live performances, Trunk-or-Treat, and a Canine Costume Contest, creating a community celebration built around marching bands, classic cars, costumes, families, and fall fun.
The 2027 event, date, schedule, parade route, activities, vendors, and entertainment have not yet been officially confirmed, and BirdcageHeights.com will update or remove this placeholder as official information becomes available.
