Building an AI Product That Benefits Your Business • AI for Business Workshop

Glissando AI founder Amin Rabinia explains how to evaluate, design, and build AI products that solve real business problems instead of becoming expensive experiments.

Artificial intelligence has made it easier than ever to build software, but being able to build something does not necessarily mean it is worth building. This AI for Business Workshop focuses on the decisions that come before development: identifying useful ideas, defining the problem, designing the product, and understanding how it will actually fit into a working business.

Amin Rabinia, founder of Glissando AI, will walk through how AI products move from concept to implementation and why some projects that look impressive in a demonstration fail once they encounter real customers, workflows, costs, and business requirements. He will also share examples from systems he has built for founders and businesses, including projects that worked and others that had to be redesigned.

The workshop is designed for business owners considering AI and founders developing AI products. Participants will leave with a clearer framework for deciding where AI genuinely fits, what needs to be defined before hiring a developer or starting a build, and how to avoid common mistakes that cause AI projects to stall or be abandoned.

💡 Workshop Focus

▫️ Deciding which AI ideas are worth building
▫️ Designing before writing code
▫️ Avoiding common AI product mistakes
▫️ Preparing before hiring a developer
▫️ Turning demos into usable business systems
▫️ Knowing where AI does — and does not — fit

AI can build software faster — but should you build it at all?

🛠️ Build Less — Design Better

The workshop starts from a simple premise: AI has made software creation easier, but it has not made product decisions easier. Defining the right problem, understanding who will use the product, and designing how it fits into an existing business can matter more than how quickly the first version can be generated.
