Taste more than 20 homemade salsas while enjoying live music, dancing, food trucks, vendors, raffles, children’s activities, and a beer and margarita garden.
Turn up the heat at Helping Hands OV’s 6th Annual Salsa Cook-Off, a lively Orangevale community celebration filled with bold flavors, local entertainment, and family fun. Guests can sample more than 20 competing salsas and help recognize some of the best recipes in town.
The festival will also feature live music and dancing, food trucks, local vendors, raffle prizes, children’s activities, and appearances by Schwamigos, Grupo Folklórico Los Saguaritos de Sacramento, and OV FO Arts. Adults 21 and older can relax in the beer and margarita garden while enjoying the festivities.
Presented by 5th Generation Plumbing, the event benefits the community work of Helping Hands OV–Orangevale–Fair Oaks . Aspiring salsa champions may enter the competition for $20 per salsa, with entries due by August 1.
