Single Mom Strong and Elevated Health & Community invite you to an empowering morning at Woodlake Park. Start with a Mindfulness Discussion led by Former FBI Special Agent Tiffany Martin, followed by hands-on training with the owner of King Krav Maga. Build practical skills, personal safety awareness, and confidence in a supportive, community-centered environment.

✅ Licensed childcare available at EmpowerME (ages 2–12, pre-registration required)
✅ Scholarships available — no one turned away for lack of funds

Single Mom Strong is a Sacramento-based nonprofit that stands beside single mothers and their children with practical support and a welcoming community. Their belief is simple and powerful: with the right tools and encouragement, families can thrive.
